Hi everyone!
I'm a little confused about something. I've been reading everywhere that the 2nd trimester starts at 14 weeks, then some of my friends say 13 weeks, but my doctor says 12 weeks. Which is it? I'm totally showing and it's becoming very hard to hide the fact that I'm PG, I don't want people to ask me till I'm ready to say something. Anyone have an answer for me? Thanks girls!

I believe your doctor is correct.  Pregnancy is made up of "trimesters" which essentially means three sections that are broken down accordingly:
 
0 to 12 weeks = 1st trimester
13 to 27 weeks = 2nd trimester
28 to 42 weeks = 3rd trimester

I agree, your doctor is right. Hiding a twin pregnancy would be hard no matter what!
